Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; your plan then stops renewing and you keep access and remaining monthly credits until the end of the current paid period.
2. Cancellation
There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancelling sets your subscription to end at the period boundary, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.
3. Credit consumption & refunds
- One credit is consumed per website successfully submitted for extraction.
- Invalid or duplicate rows in a CSV are rejected before charge and never consume credits.
- Where enabled, sites that hard-fail (unreachable or blocked) are automatically credited back to your balance.
- Partial results (some fields found) are considered delivered work and are charged.
4. Add-on packs
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. Because add-on credits are usable immediately, they are non-refundable once any portion has been consumed. Unused, unconsumed add-on purchases may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Credit refunds (failed-site credits) are reflected in your balance immediately and visible in your credit activity ledger.
6. Requesting a refund
Raise a ticket from your dashboard under the "Billing" category with your invoice number. We review every request individually.
