Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Scrapexa ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What the Service does

Scrapexa crawls publicly accessible web pages that you supply and extracts business contact and company data from them. When a requested detail is not present on the site, we may supplement it from authoritative third-party data sources, subject to those providers' terms. Every extracted value is validated before it is returned.

3. Credits & billing

  • One website successfully submitted for scraping consumes one credit.
  • Monthly plan credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over.
  • Add-on credit packs (available on Pro and Scale) do not expire.
  • Deduction always draws from monthly credits first, then add-on credits.
  • Billing is monthly in INR via Razorpay. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service only for lawful B2B outreach and only against websites you are permitted to crawl. Prohibited uses are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use extracted data in your jurisdiction.

5. Data & privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We honour data-subject deletion and opt-out (suppression) requests, and apply our suppression list to all extractions and exports.

6. Accuracy

We prioritize correctness over speed and validate every field, but we do not warrant that all extracted data is complete or error-free. Data is provided "as is" for your own verification and lawful use.

7. Availability & changes

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, plans or these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapexa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
